“Bought in December and formatted exfat and loaded a lot of files but now when U try to open its keeps saying there’s errors and to repair. Did that but every time I try to open it keeps saying there’s errirs to repair. What’s going on is it bad?”

This issue may be related to file system corruption, possibly caused by unsafe ejection, power interruption or formatting issue. We recommend formatting the drive after backing up your existing data using another device as formatting storage is a data destruction process. Also, make sure that the USB cable is working properly, to do this, you can use another USB cable.
