QuestionI bought the SanDisk - iXpand 128GB flash drive. I had 55GB of photo's on my iPhone XR. It moved the pics, so I clicked delete pics. As expected, there are no pics on the phone, but shows 55GB of pics in settings. No space left? Tried reset. No space

QuestionI have 40,000 pics to copy. I used a 128 storage and it’s full and not all pics copied. Got new one and it wants to backup all 40,000. Can u backup ones not copied to 2nd disk - can it tell which ones not copied? I can’t tell which pics were copied?

QuestionCan you use SanDisk iXpand USB 3.0 Lightening Flash Drive without the app? I only want to move pictures & videos from iphone to PC. I've read that the app loads massive spyware on your phone, blasts you with 3rd party ads & tracks all you do.

- Answer Hi, please be informed that the you cannot transfer data from your iPhone to the iXpand Flash Drive without using the SanDisk® iXpand Drive Application. It does not show any kind of 3rd party advertisements or loads spyware onto your iPhone. It is our proprietary application developed by us only to let the user to transfer data from his/ her iPhone to the iXpand Drive.

QuestionWhen you "transfer" photos from the iPad to the SanDisk ixpand, same time if I connect normal flash drive on the other end of iXpand drive. Will it transfer to the flash drive at the same time?

- Answer Hi, please be informed that the iXpand Drives work as a USB Flash Drive and cannot be used as a data cable.
