Yes it is compatible with your gopro and the recording time and quality will depend on what quality you choose to record in. weather you choose 1080p, 720p and so on. I would assume at least 3 hours worth, you will probably have more memory with this than your battery will last

If I did the math correct that would be about 13Gb per hour and the card would hold 4-4.5 hours of video at that rate. The video was great but I haven't edited it yet.

Please try again later.4k will get you about 2 hours of video. 1080i(p) will get you about 4 hours of video footage. 720p even more than that. video editing really depends on the video editing software you want to use. I personally don't like the free software from go pro. Everything captured by the go pro and most all action cams is in fish eye, which is correctable with a plug-in.
