The drive needs to be NTFS or exFAT format to support files larger than 4gb. Save all files from the flash drive, right click on it and select format/Quick format and the NTFS format option; once this process is completed you should be able to save large files on the drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Flash drive by default comes set to 32bit and may be this was the reason. Just copy your flash drive data on PC to keep it safe, then right click on your USB and from options select format to NTFS, it will format and convert your USB to NTFS. Then copy or transfer all data again on USB flash drive. I hope that will solve your problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please allow us to inform you that you are facing this issue due to FAT32 limitation. Files larger than 4GB can not be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive as exFAT will resolve this issue. In order to know more, please refer to the article form the given link: -- https://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/289
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If file is on your phone, you will have to just connect your phone to a pc and move it that way. You cannot copy as exfat format from your phone. if you format your usb to ntfs 4096, your phone will not allow you to move anything to it as it only reads exfat/fat32. There is an app you can get on your phone to assist your phone in writing to ntfs. if you are moving from pc to pc, then follow other's suggestions. Your phone cannot use it while it is ntfs, so copy your file and delete from the drive. then format it back to exfat/fat32 and your phone can use it again. hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reformat the USB drive to ntf.
