Dimensions (Height x Width) - the larger you want to export, the more memory you have to sacrifice 2. Color depth - the more the depth the larger the size of video, for 16bits/color it will be lesser than that of 64bits/color 3. Frame rate - a higher frame rate allows smoother object transition but produces larger output file size 4. Key Frame - increases this value this will decrease the output file size. 5. Length (duration of video) - directly proportional to the size 6. Quality - as usual has the direct impact on the size.
