Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recall reading about the differences of using a SD card as internal storage or removable and decided to keep as removable. If it is internal storage, it is now merged with the main drive in the phone. Although you will have more room for apps and etc, you can run the risk of SD failure much faster. Also, if anything happened to the phone and could not be powered up and IF you stored all your pictures, videos, music and other personal stuff on the removable, then you have a better chance of not losing those. Where as if it is internal, you will not be able to retrieve anything back because it is going to be part on the main drive and part on the SD card. Similar to a RAID 0 in a computer. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My old SD card was an older version, so someone at Best Buy pointed me in the right direction, and also loaded and formatted it for me. My phone was asking for the card to be formatted for internal or removable storage.
