Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Set the camera to record at its highest setting, which would be RAW and large jpeg. You will still get around 300 images (I don't recommend filling the card to its total capacity). Your images will be at the highest quality the camera can create.

So it depends on how many pics you want to be able to store on one card VERSUS if you want HD quality or less VGA quality for instance. Your cameras documentation ( or the Nikon website ) should be able to better explain this answer to you !
