“I just bought a Canon EOS Rebel T6 Camera and I bought this memory card but manual says is not compatible and it will work but just as an SD class 10 card ,so it will work for video or should I returned and buy a SD card?”

The card works for video in my 7D MkII and 6D, so I'm sure it will work in a T6. You may have a problem with SDXC, but should not have a problem using any SDHC card. The one identified in the question is SDHC class 10, UHS1. If that's what you have, it's going to work for video.
