“Is there a way to hide the hdmi cords or a way to set it up where they don't pull out when i adjust the Tv? (I was thinking about getting a cord hider to run the cords so it would not look so bad)”

Thru the wall cord hider is the way to go then use plastic electrical straps to hold cord to TV mount. Give it some slack as you strap the cords to the mount. Best to tie the cords on with the mount extended from the wall.

Hi, Thanks for the question. This mount has cable channels that run through the mount arm that help your cords TV in place when the TV is extended. For concealing cords, there are a couple options. You could use either an on-wall or in-wall cable management system. With on-wall cable management, a channel is adhered to the wall to hide cables. With in-wall cable management, the cords are run through the wall from behind the TV to the nearest outlet below your television. - Katie @SANUS

No need. The frame is hollow with removable covers. the HDMI and power cables can be threaded through all the way to the wall.

There is a kit that will hide all of the wires in the wall. Unfortunately, my wall had a "fire break" in it.

I had the Geek Squad install my mount and TV. They were able to completely hide everything within the mount itself.
