“Can this be installed upside down? Are the swivel arm.pivot points secured with pins that will not fall out if turned 180 degrees upside down? I need for the TV mounting bracket to be below (lower than) the wall mount plate.”

the dead give away is the mounting plate as you can see is the same as the top is consequently it can mount in any way you place it the so called pins will not work them self out of the mount LOVE YA ....
