• Not familiar with that model number, but iy says it fits any tv in the size range indicated, so i would assume yes

• this sounds like an older TV. I wouldn't use it for that weight plus if it's older the TV mounting holes won't be there.

• It says it holds 32-70 inch. I don't know how much those weigh ours is only 32 inches and it holds well. Sorry I don't know more. Hope this helps.
