• Yes it can!!! You will need to purchase additional wall plugs or screws made for masonry applications.. You will also need a good drill with a masonry bit. You may need a hammer drill. I have installed it with a good Dewalt drill but you may want to use a hammer drill to make it easier.

• As long as you have a good anchor for the wall it can be. The anchor has to be able to hold the weight of the bracket and tv so I'd recommend something like a lead sleeve anchor not a plastic wall anchor.

• I think the instructions in the box stated it can be mounted to a brick wall. I recall studs, wall and either brick or cement.
