The motion video is not the MF215 but the functionality if very similar to it. The MF215 contains a connected arm and bracket that attaches to the wall and then a faceplate that connects to the TV and the arm.

It is a well thought out design, and well worth the price, and Best Buy should be paying me for these thoughtful answers.
