• No. There is no tilting with this mount. You’ll have to plug all cables in before you complete the mount or in-mount the TV.

• Yes, you can tilt it outward. You will just need to pull the safety straps to deattach the tv brackets to do so. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
