“How do I take the television off of the mount? I can only move it side to side.”

• To remove the TV from the mount, you will need to disconnect the cables, then pull the release straps down and lift the TV off of the mount. I would recommend two people to do this to be safe. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

• You have to pull the 2 flaps down on the brackets on the tv then have someone push thetv up off of the bracket
