“Can the arms that hold the TV be adjusted to fit in a small space on the wall? The area I need to attach it to has receptacles and need to be able to adjust to fit around them.”

Hi, The arms on this mount at 16.24" long. The size of them cannot be adjusted. They can be moved horizontally on the wall plate.
