A:AnswerThey do, but not neatly. the back bracket shows behind the speaker. so the function is great and very sturdy but the back brace is exposed about 3/4 of an inch
A:AnswerIt appears the B&W Formation Flex does not have any type of bottom or rear threaded insert meaning there is no way to physically attach to the speaker. Because of that I would not recommend you use it with these speakers, unless you wish to simply rest it on the top.

A:AnswerIf the Echo studio has a bottom threaded insert these might work, but it is tough based off the lack of images online showing the bottom of the speaker. If it does not have a bottom threaded insert it will only rest on the speaker stand, which I would not recommend.
