It will show up as "headset". You will not be able to monitor with headphones or with the internal speaker when using the mic. This is a limitation of iOS when using a lightning microphone. If you need a dedicated headphone output and Lavalier, look at the Saramonic LavMicro+DC which has a 3.5mm headphone output and will let you monitor even if the application does not allow real-time monitoring.
