Yes, but its a female Aux Port so you need an Aux male to Aux Male extension to plug it in. Unless you have a Lighting Port on your macbook, it wont work out of box. It you have a Lightning Port to USB A plugged into your mac, can confirm it will work that way. It also works perfectly on your Iphone.
