• A:Answer Unfortunately, the adapter is not compatible with the iPad 9th Generation due to the iPad having a Lightning Port and not a USB-C port, which the Mobile Hub requires.

Q: QuestionI have an S7+ with a Safari case which has the cut outs to allow access to the ports, but this hub is much wider than the cut out. My question is whether or not the Type C connector has any extra length to allow for the thickness of the leather case?

• A:Answer Our adapters are only compatible with devices that support USB-C protocol. It appears as though your Surface Pro 3 does not contain any USB-C ports so it is unfortunately not compatible with our adapter.

• A:Answer This will work with the latest iPad Pro and will support data transfer when connecting external storage devices. Keep in mind you will need to open the "Files App" in order to find your connected storage device and transfer data.
