DID YOU SELECT A FM STATION ON THE RADIO IN YOUR VEHICLE THAT IS NOT BEING USED OR DOESN'T HAVE A BROADCAST? WHEN YOU FIND AN EMPTY STATION ( I USE 88.1) YOU HAVE TO SET IT IN THE FM TRANSMITTER. MAKE SURE YOU PAIR THE BLUETOOTH TRANSMITTER TO YOUR PHONE. WHEN YOU'RE READY TO LISTEN SELECT THE UNUSED STATION ON THE RADIO AND CHOOSE THE MUSIC YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO ON YOUR PHONE. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unplug the device from the 12 volt outlet. Then, make sure the Bluetooth on you Note 5 is on. Plug the device back into the outlet. It will power up, and the Bluetooth symbol will start flashing on the LCD screen of the device. Then press "scan" on the Bluetooth setting screen on the phone. The phone should see the Scosche BT device. Select that device, and it should pair.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn bluetooth off on your phone and then back on. If there is a pairing button on the transmitter, press and hold that as well. Whatever channel you have the transmitter on, tune your radio to that station to see if there are audio directions that start playing.
