I had this problem right out of the box. Will not find my Ipod touch. I paid far less for transmitters at Amazon which worked great. I should have purchased another from Amazon, it was just about 2 months I purchased it but never got around to trying it. Best Buy I know will not take it back. I thought the phone option and general appearance seemed good and a higher quality reading the review, this is a waste of money, don't be fooled.
