• They are not hall effect, they are TMR joysticks which are better IMO than Hall Effect. Lower energy usage for wireless use, and have 0 drift.

• No, it comes with TMR thumb sticks that are much higher quality in my opinion I've had my scuff valid Pro for some time now and have never had any problem with stick drift. You can recalibrate the sticks without using any software if you think something feels different
