The digital code is for BOTH XBOX AND PC. You can redeem the digital code through the windows store or xbox live app on your computer, I believe. Because it is a play-anywhere title, it is through Windows and probably not Steam.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cards you buy are for the Xbox One aka Microsoft. I don’t think SoT is on Steam but there is another way to get it digitally for pc. If your just doing it digitally I would bypass Best Buy. Best Buy may not offer SoT for pc maybe.
