Unless you have a USB peripheral that hooks into the hard drive's SATA and power ports, or an external mount, no, this will not work. Aside from that, lugging around a internal hard drive that's externally attached to a laptop is bound to become cumbersome, and the repeated movements from traveling will also more than likely reduce its overall lifespan.
