Yes, but your TV must have a USB port. check with the TV documents to confirm what drive formats are supported (i.e., NTFS, FAT, ExFat, etc). If the format must be changed do so before copying files to the drive. Typically if the TV is on it will auto-detect the powered drive when it is plugged into the USB port. Otherwise, you will need to go into the source menu and select the USB port. The TV will either auto-load or display a menu of MP4 files which you can select and play.
