• I think the 'Cloud' is if you use the 'optional' Data Recovery'' that is built in. I don't think you are required to use the recovery and just use the drive to do your Windows 'file history' backup of your personal files and other. I don't know for sure but if use optional Data Recovery after like awhile after, I think you are worked in having to pay for any data recovery?
