If you contact them they will send you one if it doesn’t have it in the box. Mine took 4 days to get here.

However Seasonic is launching a new line of ATX 3.0 power supplies in the near future with this feature to support the Nvidia 4090. Also, keep an eye out for future developments as the "new" power cable for the 4090 seems to be having a few problems, like cooking the new connector.
