• Manufacturer. Their customer service is great! My battery was defective on my Segway c80 and they replaced it within a week.

• All of are authorized sellers, like BestBuy, have different policies on top of what we provide. Units that were purchased on these stores are also covered of up to one year of Segway's Limited Warranty! If any concerns arise, one email or call to our Support line and we'll be more than glad to help you rectify your issue with the product.
