is this scooter the gen 2, and how can u tell. null

Yes its the Gen 2, every ninebot max from best buy is a Gen 2, i was very worried that when i ordered it that it might not be, but it is. You can tell because the Gen 1 motors serial numbers start with a "6" .... but the Gen 2 motors start with a "9" ...trust me, i was so sketched out that it wouldnt be gen 2 but it is all they sell now since july 2021. Thats why i went with bestbuy and not like amazon or something

Yes if it’s new from Best Buy it should be. The beginning of the serial number easily seen on the motor should start with a nine not a six if it’s gen 2
