Is any law to ride the scooter around the city null

Depends on your city, but they shouldnt give you any crap. Especially if you have bicicle lanes near you, you defff can ride in those

Just stay in bike lanes when available. Avoid riding on the sidewalk. Wear a helmet (not sure if it’s a law but I highly advise you do.) The scooter has front and rear lights so no need to worry about that. And the max speed on the scooter is the legal limit for electric scooters/bikes so no need to worry about that either.
