“Possibly a dumb question... are these only colored lights or do they work as standard light bulbs color wise? I don’t want pink lights just your regular lighting.”

They have both color and standard light options. The normal light colors are good, and vary from quite warm to very cool. Colors are not very vibrant, but it sounds like this is not important for you. I would go with the non-color version of these bulbs or check out C9 Direct Connect by GE to save some money.

Incandescent or cool white are the more common bulb colors, but you may find another color that more fits your need. I use Google Assistant to change the colors and it recognizes both the common colors and many others easily.
