• Yes you can. If you leave the lights 'on' on the app, turning the switch off will still turn off the lights. When you turn the switch back on the lights will still be at whatever setting you have them set to on the app. When I have the house cleaned, I leave them on and use the switch so that the houskeepers can use the lights.

• Yes you can just by flipping the switch.
