“Can I use these headphones in the Bluetooth mode with my TV Soundsystem and someone else in the room have the sound system of the TV to adjust accordingly. My question is can both items work at the same time?”

For both to work depends on you TV Sound system and not the headphones. The Bluetooth on my TV works with the HD4.5 but the tv shuts off the TV speakers.
