“Does this device require any additional cables or do all cables come with the set?”

The headphone set comes with both an optical audio cable and a 3.5 mm headphone jack extension cable. You shouldn't need to buy anything else unless you need an adapter to hook it up to RCA jacks.

You only need the Toslink cable and it comes with that. I needed to place the base station at a greater distance so I purchased a 12 ft cable.

Two cables come with the set, one for regular pin connection like the airline and one for the little square digital ,optical which was at the one I needed for my TV. works great
