“Geek Squad installed the headset. It works on cable tv but when I watch Netflix and mute I hear the dialogue that is coming from the cable station. And when the volume is mute on Netflix I still hear sound from cable station. How do I correct this?”

• Try connecting them to the audio output from the TV rather than another source.

• Check the Sound settings on your TV. I think it should be set to "Optical Audio" (or something similar) to use the headphones and "TV Speaker" (or something similar) when not using the headphones. You have to tell the TV where you want the sound to go for each situation.
