“I can hear a static once I connect but no audio except on tv. What am i doing wrong?”

• Did you make sure the little plastic covers were off the digital cable included with the headphones? I ran into that when I first got them .....

• Call the geek squad. I couldn’t get ours to work so I called them. They fixed them in minutes. Then went on to fix several other problems. Love them.

• Take the remote to the tv, go to settings. Select sound or speakers and shuffle through the settings till you get sound through both
