I just got my vac mop today and mines not even giving me an option to do a carpet detection run
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This was a problem for me that was annoying. It took until the 3rd attempted carpet detection to load on the map. After that it was fine. Also with regard to the specific room. I updated the app 1/8/21 and the specific rooms and high traffic zones started working. Hopefully that fixes it for you also.
