• We would like to let you know that the Shark - Shark® AI Robot VACMOP™ PRO R201WD with Sonic Mopping, cannot map more than one level of a home. You can still use the unit on another level by manually moving the Robot to that level then when done or the Robot needs to charge you would need to manually put the Robot on the Dock. This will not effect the mapping the Robot has done.
