“Is this product safe to use on laminate floors? My floors do not recommend steam mopping, not sure if this product uses steam. Also, if it does, is one of the vacuums safe for my floors? Thanks, WMC”

• We would like to let you know that this unit does not use steam and can safely be used on all sealed hard floors, stone, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, marble, and linoleum.

• It does not do steam mopping. It just dispenses the VacMop solution (or water) and goes over it with the mop pad.

• It does not use steam. Just a very small spray of water and the microfiber pad dragged over it. This left streaks all over and never really cleaned my floors.

• This does not use steam to clean. It uses a wet mop and is great on laminate flooring

• No worries. No steam involved. Just water alone or water mixed with the provided cleaning fluid.
