Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So far I havent seen a signle person with an actual answer to this problem. We had the same exact issue called shark and they replaced the vacuum and didnt want the old one back so i went to work. After 15 minutes with the wd200 i figured out how to fix this issue and now we have 2 perfectly good running shark vacuums.
