“1st time using was fine. 2nd time, every minute or so it's on, Empty Dirty Water lights up & it unit stops. Starts right back when I press button Using Hard Floor Mode. Cleans well when it's on. But difficult to use like this. Thanks, John”

I had the same issue, and fixed it by rotating the roller cloth.
