• We would like to let you know to be able to empty the dust cup, you first would need to undo the latches on the side of the dust cup, then remove the dust cup from the unit. While holding the dust cup over a trash bin press the latch on the bottom of the dust cup to open the bottom door to release the dirt into the trash bin.
