“For this model (or any other Navigator models), when detaching the canister to vacuum under the bed or other furniture, does the roller brush stop working? If it does is there a way to keep it moving?”

The switch has 3 settings that allows you to use vacuum only or with power brush. Awesome!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you detach the cannister to make it mobile, it's detaching from the roller brushes. When you stop moving the vacuum in general, and put it in an upright position the roller stops. The roller only moves when you have both the carpet button selected, AND are moving the vacuum.
