• This model works perfect on this type of carpet, the suction and brushroll speed is optimized for cleaning thick carpets and area rug, when you switch the vacuum to Thick Carpet/Area Rug mode.

• It has a detector to adjust on both low and high pile carpet, along with hardwood.
