• No it does not. I posted this question and then purchased the vacuum. It did not have the MOTORIZED brush or the caddy. Best Buy should have corrected this in their Overview section. Thank you to the two people who took the time to answer; however, you provided incorrect answers.

• It does come with a motorized brush but no caddy; I will double check on the caddy from Best Buy.
