- Answer No need for vacuum bags. Has a filter which needs to be cleaned (just rinse it out ) eventually filter needs to be replaced

QuestionConsumer Reports hasn't had vacuum reviews since 11/2015. At that time, they said the Rotator NV501 was the top vacuum cleaner. It seems to be on sale everywhere. Has a new (better) one replaced it? I only see that the lights are different?
