“Tha roller will not turn and I need to get the bottom off to clear the roller. I don't know how it comes apart I bought this used and I don't have user manual for it.”

You don't Get it out or atleast i havent needed to there is two little slats that hold the hose in place you have to turn them with a coin and it opens better . make sure to uae scissors if you have hair on the roller and you can also pull any other debri if you see any.
