Asked by Martin.
- A:Answer In short, not very well. The spinning pads that it comes with doesn't touch the grout at all, there is a pad with longer heads that they make you can buy, but it's meant for dusting and not scrubbing so it's really soft. When in "deep" mode, it still doesn't produce enough steam on its own to even get the grout wet. I have to use the additional steam boost button on the grout. So I'm able to steam it and sanitize it but end up having to run my finger down the grout with a wash cloth because the machine on its own really struggles to get it. I should have followed my gut and got a crosswave.

Q: QuestionWhat’s the best way to clean the scrub pads?
Asked by Judyr.
- A:Answer Clean the pads using liquid detergent instead of powder, since powder can create a residue or coating on the pads. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they might harm the pads or leave a coating that diminishes their cleaning ability and absorbency. You can either line-dry them or use a low dryer setting. If you notice loose fibers, it may be a sign of wear on the microfiber fabric. Refrain from pulling at the loose fibers; instead, trim them with scissors. To ensure optimal performance, we suggest replacing the pads every 3-4 months.

Q: Questionwhat is the cleaning solution required for this product?
Asked by lyd.
- A:Answer You can only put distilled water in the mop. I like to spray the ground with a natural all purpose cleaner scented with essential oils before I steam over it. The heat makes the oils open up and increases the scent.

Q: QuestionDoes it work on epoxy floors
Asked by Creole.
- A:Answer Yes, the Steam & Scrub is safe for sealed hard floors like laminate, bamboo, hardwood, marble, tile, and stone. Epoxy floors are also sealed and durable, so they’re compatible with steam cleaning. However, we still recommend testing it first in a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it works well with your specific surface.

Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Only use distilled water in the Steam Blaster. We don't recommend using any cleaning solutions, scented perfumes, oils, vinegar, or other chemicals on the floor before steaming or inside the unit. These substances can damage the steam mop and may make it unsafe to use.

- A:Answer Hi there, Thank you for your interest in the Steam & Scrub steam mop. This model is designed to loosen and lift dirt using steam and rotating pads.
