    • Answer In short, not very well. The spinning pads that it comes with doesn't touch the grout at all, there is a pad with longer heads that they make you can buy, but it's meant for dusting and not scrubbing so it's really soft. When in "deep" mode, it still doesn't produce enough steam on its own to even get the grout wet. I have to use the additional steam boost button on the grout. So I'm able to steam it and sanitize it but end up having to run my finger down the grout with a wash cloth because the machine on its own really struggles to get it. I should have followed my gut and got a crosswave.

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they might harm the pads or leave a coating that diminishes their cleaning ability and absorbency. You can either line-dry them or use a low dryer setting. If you notice loose fibers, it may be a sign of wear on the microfiber fabric. Refrain from pulling at the loose fibers; instead, trim them with scissors. To ensure optimal performance, we suggest replacing the pads every 3-4 months.

    • Answer You can only put distilled water in the mop. I like to spray the ground with a natural all purpose cleaner scented with essential oils before I steam over it. The heat makes the oils open up and increases the scent.
