Hi there, Thank you for your interest in the Steam & Scrub steam mop. This model is designed to loosen and lift dirt using steam and rotating pads. The dirt doesn’t go into a separate container, instead it’s absorbed directly into the Dirt Grip Soft Scrub washable pads as you clean. After use, the pads can be removed and washed for reuse. This system helps maintain a lightweight design while still delivering effective cleaning performance.
